- Parent/guardian information: First and last name, cell phone number, email address, relationship to children, and communication preferences
- Children's information: First name, nickname, age, grade level, school name, and school email domain
- Activity information: Sports teams, coaches, practice schedules, activity studios, instructors, class names, and locations
- Medical information: Names of pediatricians, dentists, and other healthcare providers (no clinical records or diagnoses)
- Location information: Home address, parent work areas, and location nicknames
- Scheduling preferences: Blackout times, activity limits, buffer preferences, and co-parenting arrangements
- Communications: Content of text messages sent to our service number and voicemail transcripts

If your custody arrangement includes restrictions on information sharing, it is your responsibility to configure your account accordingly and to inform us of any relevant limitations.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of FamilyPilot after that date constitutes
