By accessing FamilyPilot.co, completing our signup form, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our service. These Terms apply to all users in our current service area.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and FamilyPilot LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("FamilyPilot," "we," "us," or "our").
FamilyPilot is a family scheduling assistance service helping busy families organize activity schedules, manage calendar coordination, and receive timely reminders through email, text message, and voicemail communication.
FamilyPilot currently serves families in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama. Families outside these states may join our waitlist at FamilyPilot.co/signup. We reserve the right to expand or modify our service area at any time.
Free Trial: 14 days free. A valid credit card is required at signup. You will not be charged until day 15. A reminder is sent on day 13 before any charge occurs.
Plans: Essential $29/mo (up to 2 children) · Premium $49/mo (up to 4 children) · Concierge $79/mo (unlimited children)
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly on your signup anniversary date. All prices are in US dollars.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@familypilot.co with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months.
Price Changes: We will provide 30 days advance notice before any price increase. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
FamilyPilot provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of scheduling information, uninterrupted service, or reliability of third-party integrations (Twilio, Google, Make.com).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FamilyPilot LLC shall not be liable for missed events or appointments, decisions made based on our scheduling information, indirect or consequential damages, data loss from third-party service failures, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding any claim.
Your use of FamilyPilot is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms you also agree to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have legal authority to provide the personal information of all family members — including children — submitted through our service.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box at signup, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from FamilyPilot. This consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
You agree not to use our service to transmit unlawful or harmful content, harass any individual, circumvent security measures, submit false or misleading information, or resell your account. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
By you: Cancel anytime per Section 4. By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, non-payment, or service infeasibility, with reasonable notice except for serious violations. Your family's data will be deleted within 90 days of termination per our Privacy Policy.
We encourage resolution of disputes through good-faith communication first — email hello@familypilot.co and we will work to resolve issues promptly.
Arbitration: If good-faith negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration may be conducted remotely. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. We honor applicable state consumer protection rights for residents of all states we serve.
Small Claims: Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court in their local jurisdiction as an alternative to arbitration.
We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
